Your workouts are flat and you are not maximizing muscle confusion in a strategic way. AKA your workouts are boring and like a photo copy of a photo copy of a photo copy, they are becoming less and less effective. 3 - You do not push though tough days. If you only do things on perfect days, you will never get anything done. This means you think you're staying consistent, training once or twice per week.
