- Get sport specific - If you are sucking wind at the back nine, perhaps slow paced cardio with a brief interval of higher intensity cardio every 5 minutes or so will help you out.
- Keep true to your swing - Muscle memory is key for athletic perfection. If your schedule does not allow for you to travel in the name of golf, then find an indoor facility or commit to at least a few hours a week of practice swings. This way you are not neglecting the constant repetitions needed to achieve an optimal swing. - Always focus on nutrition - Regardless of the sport you are playing, you need to fuel your body efficiently. Since Golf is mostly mental (if you are healthy enough to play that is) and your mind is attached to your body, then all the more reason to focus on nutrition.
