TRAINER JOES BLOGAs you can imagine it is really difficult to satisfy Joe's Nutritional standards and taste buds. This is a mild dish that is kid friendly and flavorful. I hope you enjoy it! My Recipe is below! Step 1) Crush and Chop 4-5 cloves of fresh garlic and Saute in EVOO for 5 minutes Step 2) Add 1 pound of ground turkey Season with pink salt and pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, a light sprinkle of ground cumin, a light sprinkle of paprika, then cook until almost entirely cooked stirring constantly. Step 3) When the turkey is almost cooked, Add chopped Cilantro and sweet mini peppers and saute an additional 8 minutes. Step 4) is up to you You can add it to a wrap, or you can serve this with a plate of veggies. The way I usually do it for Joe is I pictured below I serve it with White Basmati Rice (the lowest glycemic rice) and Lettuce. By Trainer Joe's Better half
