TRAINER JOES BLOG![]() 1) Pour 1 teaspoon or 1 tablespoon chia seeds into the bottom of your cup depending on your personal preference 2) Pour 1-1/2 almond milk, 1 rounded teaspoon of organic instant coffee (or more if you like it stronger)and a teaspoon of organic maple syrup into a blender (we use our vitamix) 3) Blend for 30-45 seconds and pour into your cup with chia seeds.
