In a large Sauce pan, Saute One large onion with 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1/4 teaspoon of Pink Salt, A sprinkle of Red pepper (to taste), Handful of Fresh Thyme or teaspoon of dried seasoning,. When the onion is translucent add chicken and cook thoroughly In another large sauce pan Saute 3 cloves of chopped garlic and add shredded zucchini for 3 - 5 minutes Serve the Ground Chicken on top of the noodles and enjoy!
