Ingredients and Recipe Below: Teaspoon sea salt 1/4 black pepper 1/2 Teaspoon cayenne 1/2 Teaspoon paprika 1 Teaspoon garlic powder Mix 1 lb of chicken and all ingredients, then put it in a zip lock bag in the frig for couple hours. Melt 1/8 Stick of Grass fed butter on a baking sheet, ' add the wings and mix them with the butter. Toss the wings and cook for about an hour flipping at least once. TRAINER JOES BLOG
