TRAINER JOES BLOG The only way my kids eat a large variety of Veggies in one sitting is when the infamous Reena, makes her famous meatloaf. It is one of my personal favorites as well because you get a ton of micros with your macros :) Thank you Reena for the Recipe! Ingredients: 1 lb ground turkey 1 lb ground chicken 3/4 cup bread crumbs 1 egg 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce 2 Tablespoon ketchup 1 bell pepper chopped Hand full of mushrooms chopped 2 cups baby spinach leaves Salt and pepper to taste 2 cloves garlic Olive oil In a pan sauté all vegetables together until cooked. Put aside Mix meat, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, egg, ketchup and teriyaki sauce together Add vegetables and mix together put in a pan Bake at 375 degrees for 1/2 hour covered 1/2 uncovered TRAINER JOES BLOG
