Season 1lb of Chicken breast with pink salt and pepper, cook thoroughly in 1/4 cup of EVOO, or Coconut Oil (and add 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric if you go with this option). Add 9 Crushed Garlic Cloves and cook until the chicken is cooked and then add veggies ( I medium diced sweet potato and 1/2 lb of the thinnest asparagus you can find) add a little more pink salt and pepper and then dash of red pepper flakes.
OPTIONAL* I like to steam my veggies for 10 minutes or so but if you like your veggies on the firmer then skip this. When your Skillet starts to caramelize your sweet potato's add 1 cup of chicken broth to the skillet and let reduce for 10-15 minutes. and yes you can double up the recipe for meal prep purposes.
