TRAINER JOES BLOG![]() Ingredients: 2 ½ cups almond flour (Honeyville BlanchedAlmond Flour prefferably) ¼ teaspoon Sea Salt ¼ teaspoon Baking Soda ½ cup Maple Syrup ½ cup melted coconut oil ½ teasponn vanilla 1 cup dark chocolate chips (optional) • for an extra chocolate treat, you can add ½ cup of raw cacao powder to the dry ingredients (optional) Directions: 1. Pre-heat oven 350* 2. Combine dry ingredients 3. Combine wet ingredients in small bowl 4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well 5. Mix in chocolate chips 6. Using 1” cookie dough scooper, scoop 1” balls and flatten by gently pressing down with flats of three fingers. 7. Bake at 350* for 8-9 minutes For Peanut Butter Blossoms: Add ½ cup PB Fit (dehydrated peanut butter) And replace chocolate chips for one Hershey kiss per cookie TRAINER JOES BLOG
