I have seen way too many people this week with allergies or some sort of acute situation that has made them cranky. This is why, for the sake of world peace, I present to you a delicious remedy just in time for the nice pollen filled weather.
Each of these recipes start the same way, the rest is up to you. It is in hopes that you use these recipes based only on taste preference, but if it comes in handy because you are not feeling up to par, then no worries they will all deliver on flavor. Some tips on this, don't wait till the symptoms you are trying to treat to reach def-con 5 in order to start making these. Leave some frozen and defrost if need be. Base: 1 cup raw local Honey 12 cups Water 6 lemons, peeled and juiced Headache or Migraine: 1 drop lavender essential oil (FOOD GRADE Marked Edible by the Manufacturer) or boil organic lavender for 15 minutes in your 12 cups of water allow to cool and add other ingredients. Sinus Pressure: 1 drop peppermint essential oil (FOOD GRADE Marked Edible by the Manufacturer) or boil organic peppermint for 15 minutes in your 12 cups of water allow to cool and add other ingredients. Mood Enhancer: 1 drop ginger essential oil (FOOD GRADE Marked Edible by the Manufacturer) or boil organic freshly graded ginger for 15 minutes in your 12 cups of water allow to cool and add other ingredients.
