TRAINER JOES BLOG![]() 1 cup raw cashews, soaked in water for 20 minutes and drained ¾ cup water 1 tbsp lemon juice ¼ tsp nutmeg 1 tsp thyme 2 garlic cloves salt & pepper, to taste 1 tbsp light miso paste (optional – look for unpasteurized miso) 2 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional) Instructions: Combine ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth.
