Not to mention ... this is a special request from Albert. - 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk - 1 scoop Organic protein powder and flavor of choice - 3 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder - 1 medium-size ripe banana, frozen** - 1 Handful of spinach (optional) Combine ingredients in the blender and blend until desired thickness is achieved!
