24 Hour Cancellation Policy
Any Trainer Joe's clients that have made an appointment for a session may cancel or change the time of the session provided that a minimum of 24-hours’ notice is given. You can make these changes by contacting us via email at info@trainatjoes.com, by calling 908-339-7466, or texting
973-820-3017. Clients will be charged for the full cost of the session on any late cancellations or no-show appointments.
Payments
Payment for sessions is required to be made by the client on or before the date of the session. If a client has no sessions on account, charges for late cancellations or no show appointments for sessions will be charged to the member’s credit card on file. In addition, charges for sessions which are used by a member but not otherwise paid for will be charged to the member’s credit card on the day the session is used.
Discounts and Contracts
Trainer Joe's may offer discounts on sessions to clients who purchase a bundle of sessions or monthly packages which are accompanied by 6 or 12 month contracts. These discounts only apply to the number of sessions purchased as a group. Any further or additional sessions will be charged at the regular rate then in effect for individual sessions. Any failure to complete payments on a monthly contract will result in the remaining months and sessions being charged at the regular rate then in effect for individual sessions. The discounted per session rate will no longer apply.
Expiration Policy
All sales are final. Sessions expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
